For The Edge, Butler Design Group is the architect and Haydon Construction is the general contract. EPS provides Civil Engineering, and Foursite handles construction management.

For The Sydney, Upwards Architects serves as the architect for the design of the project. Alexander Building Corp will serve as the general contractor. EPS will provide Civil Engineering and Palmer Development is handling construction management.
